Q. I am an artist and I have a music business, so where do I register?

A. You need to register according to what you plan to promote. Are you promoting yourself as an artist or as a band seeking exposure OR are you promoting your business? Music businesses have the ability to promote any aspect of what they do including services provided, artist rosters, merchandise, etc.

Q. Do I have to register if I want to listen or make a comment on Artistopia?

A. As a music fan wishing to listen to any artist or band on Artistopia or Radio Artistopia, we do not require any kind of sign up or registration. Listening to indie and unsigned artists is free and very welcome in order for our artists to gain more exposure. If an artist has their personal member forums or chat open for music fans to comment, that is at their discretion. Fans may also review an artist's music while listening on Artistopia through that artist member's discography page.

Artistopia's forums are open for any viewer to read, but comments are accessed via Artistopia's registered artists and band members only.

Q. I am having trouble with my registration, what should I do?

A. First of all, we are sorry for any inconvenience you are experiencing. There are a few things to check in this regard.

Did you receive your Confirmation Email?
Make sure that the email didn't go to a junk folder inadvertently.

Check to see if the name you are using is already in use.
Say your name is "Cher". Well obviously a one-name title could easily be already in use. You may have to register as 'Cher K' or 'Cher - Sweden' to differentiate between you and the other artist.

If you lost your Registration information, try Forgot Password, to access your member console. If you continue to have difficulties, email us via Members on Members.
