Q. How secure is my information over the Internet?
A. The Artistopia systems are as robust as they come. Not only does Artistopia use 128-bit encryption for all sensitive data traveling across the Web, but also encrypts sensitive data (such as credit card information, passwords, etc.) with a special house blend algorithm before it reaches its permanent safe haven and is ready for future retrieval.
Artistopia does NOT sell or use your email address for any other purpose other than if we need to contact you for any reason concerning your account, to keep you informed on changes & the goings on about Artistopia, or if you have signed up for our newsletter. Rest assured, none of your information is given out to a third party.
We respect all of our member's privacy concerns. You maintain your own private contact list(s) within your Member Console Address Book.
Q. What are the methods of payment at Artistopia?
A. At Artistopia, we accept major credit cards, bank money order, or PayPal.
Q. I paid by bank money order/ credit card/ PayPal, how long will it take for my account to be up and running?
A. For your security & protection, all information and credit card payments are processed by hand. After verification of a credit card payment, your account should be activated in as little as one day. A bank money order arriving by regular mail (snail mail), will take longer and must be approved. Those sending membership to Artistopia in the United States may receive an email or be contacted by phone after your approval for membership. Anyone sending mail from outside the United States will obviously be at the mercy of the post office, so you will be contacted by email once your payment arrives and is verified.
Q. My billing/credit card information has changed, what do I do?
A. Send us a email at Artistopia Billing, stating your new information as well as your original signup information, so that your account may be kept up-to-date.
Q. How do I upgrade my membership at Artistopia?
A. First and foremost, we appreciate that you have enjoyed your stay at Artistopia and wish to continue receiving the fantastic services and membership opportunities with us. To upgrade your membership, simply go to the Registration Page prior to your expiration date, and update your information. Mail-in-orders do take time to go through the system, so allow extra time prior to your expiration date, especially if you are sending be snail-mail.
Q. I forgot my password, what do I do?
A. On the Member Access Login area there is a link called "Forgotten your password?". Simply follow the directions given and your password will be emailed to the original email signup address. Please be aware of keeping your password information confidential and safe at all times.
