Q. How does my console work?
A. After registration and approval, login to your Member Console to access your tools and resources to manage your Affiliate partnership. The AAP provides a comprehensive Member Console from which you have access to:
- Reports: are in real-time, including Current Status, Pending Payment, and Referral Links.
- HTML Links: your access to text and banner ads which include your Affiliate code, Linking Instructions and Marketing Tips – to help spread those links.
- My Account: your account information which can be edited as necessary.
- Affiliate Program Help Center: a good place to check back for information and support.
Q. What is a Nudge?
A. Simply put, a Nudge is an opportunity to send out an email alert to the referral that signed up, but was limited in the amount of action that they took. The Nudge email is a VERY polite offer of help to that member about the Artistopia community and profile building. It is totally up to you to use this feature as you see fit and in the time frame that you deem appropriate. The only advice we can offer is that many members after signing up, take a look around and add their information and uploads over the first few days, so give them time to try to do this.
Q. How often are my statistics updated?
A. Your Affiliate Member Console is updated in real time, so login any time and check your progress.
Q. Can I track my profits?
A. Absolutely! The Artistopia tech team developed our own in-house application showing you the monies earned up to the minute, for the appropriate action that the visitor within your Referral Links took. Obviously, a paid membership to Artistopia provides the maximum revenue for your efforts. Here again is the breakdown:
- Paid Registration Membership $10.00
- Free Registration With Music Uploads $1.00
- Free Registration With Biography Only $0.10
- Free Registration Without Activation $0.01
Q. I forgot my password what do I do?
A. Please go to Artistopia’s Affiliate Page and use the Forgot Password by entering either your login name or email address. It is important to keep your Registration information secure and private, but if you encounter login errors, by all means contact Affiliate Support.
