Rainsweep's Small Kine Music Contest |

Good day fellow Artistopians. I will award, to the winner, $10 to the Artistopian who composes an original song about me "RAINSWEEP". $20 will be awarded if the track is exceptional. (paid in cash through snail mail) It's safe. Trust me. The doors are wide open.
Once your track/ composition is completed, post it to your profile and send me an E-mail contact so that I can verify and listen to your work. Yes, this may be a little beneath you, but I figured I would put it out there to stir interest within the Artistopia community.
If you're shaking your head saying, "Yeah right!" Then this is probably not the opportunity for you. Submissions will be accepted until the end of September. Late submissions may possibly be accepted.
I'm judging mostly on creativity, style and structure. Not on how many layers, textures or how large an ensemble. It's primarily about the music and ideas that can be generated in a spontaneous moment.
Lastly, you will be able to add this stepping stone to your profile under industry experience. Nobody says you can't take, an already realized song and just change the lyrics. For those who are interested, Best of Luck.

| Alright the subject matter does not have to be about Rainsweep. It can pertain to rain, water or ideas that contain the concept of hardship, renewed faith or devotion in the belief of understanding. I still prefer the songs to be about me, but you're more than welcome to stretch the limits to attain your goal. Best of Luck |

| For those having difficulty locating the page at www.DKMO.com that contains the Small Kine Music Contest info...
Here is what you do: Just below the purple goo (in the the top left hand corner) you will see D K M O . C O M in the navigation bar. Click on that and it should get you to the page of "Rainsweep's Small Kine Music Contest!".

| The last submission of 8/29/2006 is rather faulty. Instead Click on the Rainsweep's Small Kine Music Contest in the Navigation Bar to the Left. It will get you to the Contest. And yes there is another contest coming up in the forseeable future. The Rainsweep@Aol.com is kind of defunct, but you can forward all submissions relating to Music and Rainsweep to Rainsweep@Artistopia.com.
