| Artists United For Cures (AUFC) in conjunction with Brown Eye Entertainment, Ohana Promotions & Root Soul Productions is having a fundraiser July 31, 2008 at The Cubby Bear located at 1059 W. Addison in Chicago to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3Day Walk. The organization’s goal is to raise $10K to contribute. Towards that effort, there will be a live web broadcast of the concert available for only $5 to reach the audience beyond Chicago. If you are in Chicago, please feel free to attend the event in person which includes great live entertainment, a two-hour open bar, food, and free parking for only $50. We also have a special guest Claude B. Spivey, original founding member of Parliament Funkadelic, and his lively wife Deena Allen-Spivey, four-time Apollo winner, who will be in attendance.
