A Thorn for Every Heart (often abbreviated to ATFEH) is an alternative rock/post-hardcore quartet from Chino Hills, California.
The band formed in 2003, and self-released their debut, Silence is Golden EP that year. The EP gained them internet exposure and created an underground following. ATFEH has been featured on a few compilations

ATFEH has toured the country many times over, including a headlining tour in March 2006 sponsored by Purevolume.com. Openers included Hit The Lights, Boys Like Girls, Keating, and Drive By.
Their second full-length album, It's Hard to Move You, was set to be released on July 31, 2007. This album was leaked in its entirety on June 1, 2007. However, their record label, Kickball Records, was closed by its parent company Interscope Records and the band is currently in discussion with Interscope regarding the rights to the recordings.
They have started the process for writing a new album and have posted a new demo on their MySpace page titled Pick Up The Pieces. This demo features the new lineup of band members.
Their second EP, Pick Up The Pieces EP has a scheduled release date of July 1, 2008. However, the album has since been leaked to P2P sites.
