A three piece formerly from Seattle, WA, Norman, OK, and currently Austin, TX, a more dangerous type of silence is creative and for fans that look for meaning in their music. Best described as Indie Hardcore, owing to their easily danceable indie rhythms that masterfuly blend with snarling peaks.

Singer Brad Grosvold and lead guitar player and backing vocalist Brad Hightower have been playing together since childhood and have blossomed into their style through many years of tedious trial and error. Matt Grosvold provides a sturdy yet sporadic rhythmn while each take their turn incorporating keyboard, loops, and effects.

Spanning so much of the spectrum, a more dangerous type of silence will compliment virtually any genre of rock band, but more specifically for fans of at the drive-in, murder city devils, refused, explosions in the sky, and murder by death. With musical influences from jazz, reggae, folk and hip hop. A more dangerous type of silence puts the most into every show and is guaranteed to entertain, as well as provide an experienced and enthusiastic promotion team.
