In August of 2007, 4 different gods descended from Valhalla for the acheivement of a mortal dream. This dream would be revolutionary. In the past, it has seemed nearly impossible for an instumental metal band to have any success. These four mighty gods had a dream, and a specialty. Two of them were armed with six strings, one conjuring lightning with the speed of his soloing, the other, causing earthquakes from the intensity of his riffs. One came armed with a long-necked weapon of unmatched intensity, causing a crushing, dark sound with each blow of his four strings. The last majestic being alighted with a whole arsenal, with which to destroy all others. Each was cursed by the Angel of Vengeance, to toil eternally, towards glory, without vocals.
Artist Mission
The goal of Angel of Vengeance is to show the world that metal does not require screeching, incomprehensible vocals. They attempt to compose songs, not follow a formula. They wish to teach the masses what metal truly is.
Music Influences
Angel of Vengeance is heavily influenced by thrash, speed metal, and metalcore influences which creates a unique sound.
