Backslider began in 2000 in Miramichi N.B.Canada and is lead by Art Murphy .The group have 2 CD's to date called"First Gear/Rereleased".The music is all original and what we like to call Atlantic Canadian rock and roll.Other members of the band on the CD's include Ron Morrison, Rick Halas and Jacques Poitras.
Artist Mission
Performing since the 1960's Art continue 's playing rock and roll.Art with his band Hard Road recorded the hit song " Love Potion No 9 "during the 1970's in Canada on Interpro Records.
