Q. With so many independent artists trying to make it, what makes you stand out from the competition?
This is a real difficult question. I’m a professional musicin, I play my bass and my voice with great Italian musicians, is financially important for me. I play also my concerts with bellitamburi, and everytimes I’m searching new situation, manager, concert producer for recording my music, for my promotion. Danza e ridanza was a work for a Tuscany studio, “StudioLab”, for a audio engineering school: Today, is very difficult to sell your cd and no money is for recording….

I Know, because when I play the Italian folkmusic, is a niche music, is important to record to much for commerce and for to people knows your music, and for to play much concerts. The concerts are the real money intro for musicians. The promotion are important, very important for to leave a Artist. Is very difficult to be listen by producers, and I write so much in the web, I send so much cd for my promotion.

I write to world, to meet professional persons in biz, other singers, musicians ecc..
(please excuse me for my bad English and if I don’t understand 100% the sense of all phrases…..)
I think is important to export your music out of your little circle, in concerts in contacs with professional people in this sector. But is real difficult, because in Italy the producer don’t listen new artists and music, I alk with many producers, but this people, now don’t love the new things, the new ways..
