| I'm taking an Intro to Theatre class and our professor chose this book as part of our class readings. I have to say that I am so looking forward to seeing the play. The book deals with sex, masturbation, abortion, suicide, incest, physical abuse, love, crushes, among other issues. My favorite songs are The bitch of living and The dark I know well. |

| Excellent book. EXACTLY line for line from the musical. I highly suggest reading "Spring's Awakening" along with this. It is the original version of this play that the musical is based off of. |
