Deacon Jones establishes his Doctorate in the Blues! Submitted on: 2003-02-09 |

I've known and worked for and with Deacon many times... He never fails to show his metal, this guy is truly a Doctor of the Blues!Time and again Deacon has added his skills to many Big Time Blues Artists and made their sound explode. His efforts on his own behalf are no exception... One project eclipses the next. "MAKIN BLUES HISTORY" is proof of that and I've heard some cuts to the next volume (Thanks to Dennis)... We got some major Blues Here and in the future from DEACON JONES!!! |

Deacon Jones Makes History! Submitted on: 1999-06-09 |
|
| This star-studded CD includes as guests a virtual Who's Who of the Blues-- John Lee Hooker, Dr. John, Katie Webster, Rick Baker, Gregg Allman, just to name a few. Deacon really shows his song writing mastery on this history making recording. Serious Blues lovers, if you don't have this CD in your collection, your collection is simply incomplete.
