| Stephen Stills is one of the most under rated singer/song writers. There is not a bad song on this album. This like all other stills solo albums you can play over and over again and not get tired of it. |

i really liked this when it came out on vinyl in 1971 and i really like it now.a lot of the backing vocals were almost a mitch miller type with david crosby and nils lofgren.lots of horns and a quick follow up to the first stills solo album.
everyone is talking green products.check out "the ecology song".i am playing this with my recent purchases of csn "demos" and "just roll tape" and like the 70's stripped down less "studio trick" stuff.

| I like Stephen Stills, always have. He's a real roots dude, with a voice like the heart of America. Great guitarist too. If you feel that way too, this needs to be in your record collection. |

| dont know why i didnt have this part of Stephen Stills work. it sums up my feelings about this era of music. if it werent for the Beatles, stephen, David Crosby, Graham Nash, and Neal Young, would have been the kings of that era. it of course was a different approach to music all together and apart from the Beatles. just listen to " The Last Time Around" by of course Buffalospringfield, and compare it with any Beatle album of that time, and you will get the picture. this is not a put down of any Beatles music of the time or any time, their work is still stricking!!! but just for a moment whisper to yourself," What if they weren`t there????????????????????????????????????????????????????????" |

| with more songs written than.... this guy can play, sing and write... this album is old but Sugar Babe is the must here for me even though I have to listen to the whole thing everytime it comes out of the jacket. Charlie |
