 Wish I had saved my money.

| While this isn't a "bad" CD, I wish that I hadn't bought it and instead had saved my money. I listened to it once and will never listen to it again. I recommend you buy this ONLY if you are a HUGE fan of the movie. This CD didn't bring back any fond memories of the movie, and I did like the movie a lot. |

 Moving and Beautiful

| The score from "Shadowlands" is the most touching and beautiful that I have ever heard. It's wonderful from begining to end. I was determined to purchase the soundtrack as soon as I saw the film. Sadly, I did not see the film until years after it was made and the soundtrack was already out of print. But I keep hoping I'll find it somewhere. |

| This is the best soundtrack I have ever been moved to purchase. The themes are incredibly beautiful and emotionally stirring. I've owned it for years, and never grow tired of hearing it. It is just as moving every time I listen. I believe this is George Fenton's finest work. |

| The film Shadowlands is my favorite love story, particularly because, like real life, this little story is messy. Everything doesn't work out fine in the end. While watching the film, Fenton's music is a perfect complement to the heart wrenching narritive. Only when listening to the soundtrack on its own do you realize how much the music was a part of the emotion. This music grips you and carries your emotions back to those you felt during the film. |

| This soundtrack is one of my favorites. The melody is hauntingly beautiful and is introduced in various ways throughout the CD. I have played this CD many, many times and never tire of hearing it. I also loved the movie. |
