Anne Murray has given us exceptionally fine music throughout the years and into our times; she deserves every bit of recognition that she gets. Anne is remarkably talented and she always gives blood to please her adoring audiences. The quality of the sound on this CD is excellent and that artwork reflects good taste.
"Snowbird," a most beautiful song, features Anne Murray in her natural element--as she sings, she does a marvelous job of expressing the emotions in all the lyrics of the song; and she never falters, either. Her voice is as clear as a bell; and the musical arrangement makes good use of the strings. "Danny's Song" has always been one of my very favorite Anne Murray songs; she delivers this with panache and I'm extremely impressed. The music that plays fits in perfectly with Anne's vocals and that's grand. "Danny's Song" is clearly a huge, huge highlight of this album. In addition, "Nobody Loves Me Like You Do" gets a passionate treatment by Anne whose sophisticated phrasing enhances the natural beauty of this song.
"Time Don't Run out on Me" is poignant; Anne does this one up right! The backup singers harmonize faultlessly--not that Anne truly needed backup, but they do sound pretty good anyway. I also like the music for "Time Don't Run out on Me." The Beatles' "You Won't See Me" features Anne Murray squarely front and center--right where she belongs! "You Needed Me" made it big on the airwaves back when this was originally released; "You Needed Me" is unforgettable and it's easily another highlight on this album. I love it! "I Just Fall in Love Again" is gorgeous and Anne delivers this better than just about anyone else ever could--this music is all THAT good.
"Broken Hearted Me" is another ballad that I will never forget because Anne makes this so stunning with her impeccable delivery; she never lets go of a single superfluous note! "Could I Have This Dance" is another moving ballad with a country flavor to it that works very well; and there's yet another gem in "Daydream Believer" which was written by John Stewart and originally performed by The Monkees. Anne does "Daydream Believer" to perfection--and beyond! "Shadows in the Moonlight" is very nicely done; and Anne does a fine job on "Blessed Are the Believers." "Make Love to Me" has a great beat and the CD ends strong with Anne Murray performing "Over You."
Anne Murray will always reign supreme; she is one of the greatest songbirds of all time. She possesses a talent so rare that it sets her far apart from so many of the "celebrities" we hear of these days; she makes each ballad shine. I highly recommend this for her fans and newcomers to Anne Murray will be thrilled with this CD. Diehard fans will want to consider two CD sets such as What a Wonderful World: 26 Inspirational Classics; What a Wonderful Christmas and All of Me. There is also an excellent three CD set by Anne Murray entitled Now and Forever. |

What a great CD. Anne Murray's voice is simply one of the best on the planet. Superior product for a super price. Outstanding seller. I will enjoy this purchase for many, many years to come.

For those song birds out there, this CD's for you, it's got great hits to sing in the car whenever you're down, happy, etc.
It was since I was a child growing up to listening to Anne Murray singing her hits on cassette, back in the 90's, now the 2000's to the year 08', now the device for Cds is blooming, the music that sound sweet to the ears of young and old, can enjoy The best..so far of Music legend, Anne Murray. |

| When I saw this cd, I had to have it. Listening to Anne Murray singing is my all-time high. Her voice is so beautiful, and her songs on this cd are astounding. The love songs will melt you, as some of these have won her awards over the years. You will cry, get happy, wish you were there with her, and even sing along with her. It is a great pleasure to listen to one of the best vocals of this century. |

Geat CD in a Beat Up Case

I think this is Anne Murray's best CD. It has all her top songs on it. I purchased it for the song "You Needed Me", for a Father/Daughter dance at my daughter's wedding.
The CD case had multiple cracks in it when it arrived. I think it went out that way. Very annoying, but a pain to send back, so I kept it.
