CHIELI MINUCCI Submitted on: 2009-03-25 |

| This is a great smooth jazz album. Excellent song composition, great mixing and plenty of variety to keep it interesting all through the album. It deserves more exposure on the radio and internet radio channels. |

Chieli's funky hot! Submitted on: 2001-06-30 |

| It's a must grab cd not must! Just listen to the opening track Underovers it's funky and groovy, it'll definitely hook onto any jazz fan who likes Norman Brown's After the Storm numbers. Don't get me wrong this cd has also got lots of nice cool breezy pieces like Endless Summer and So Far Away, that are seductive and soothing to enjoy in slower manner for bringing out pleasant mood from any soul too. If you still like to continue to hear more about it, well somehow it also ressembles alittle to Moving Pictures by Denny Jiosa. And if you are still reading to this point, it's about time to stop and recommend go ahead get it!CNGLW@GUILIN VIEW |

WOW!!! This guy is amazing! Submitted on: 2000-10-03 |

| There just aren't the right words to describe the energy, passion, and just plain amazing chops on this CD. The arrangements are tight and focused, and some of the cuts have long line melodies that are a refreshing break from the (unfortunate) norm of today's "jazz". Almost every cut is a self-encapsulated whole, lacking nothing, and nearly overflowing in its completeness. There is only one cut which is a throw-away, that being (strangely!) the title track. This CD is for people who love guitar, love REAL music, and love composers/musicians that are unmistakeable in their style and tone. |

Greatest Smooth Guitarist Today Submitted on: 2000-05-22 |

| Cheili is wonderful in the song Dreams but the rest of the album falls a little below his standards. I love the Renaissance album that has Anything & Everything, Because We Ended as Lovers, and Reunion, my favorite album I own in my library. I also like his new album Sweet On You. I wish I knew how I could buy the album with Phat City on it though. If you own any of these albums, don't get rid of them, they are priceless |
