Where is my concubine? Submitted on: 2009-10-27 |

| This is easily the weirdest celebrity record ever made. Large portions of it consist of Glover reading excerpts from Oak Mot and Rat Catching, two dreary nineteenth-century books he republished after altering passages at random. It also features bizarre original songs and wacked out cover versions of older songs. The best original is the hilarious rap like ode to self pleasure "Auto-Manipulator". The best cover is his inside-out version of "These Boots Are Made For Walking", which he sings like a whiny, sobbing ex-boyfriend. Very strange album, much like the very strange man himself. |

Crispin "Not Funny" Glover Submitted on: 2007-12-29 |

| This Crispin Glover is too boring and conventional for my tastes. He's like Bob Hope for the new millennium. I would like some edginess with my comedy, Mr. Glover!! I was sure he would resort to knock-knock jokes at some point. I can no longer stomach the shenanigans of this two-bit jokester. |

SUCKO Submitted on: 2006-01-27 |

| This is terrible. Especially the track where he modifies his voice to resemble an entire boys choir. Pure music torture. And he was so good in back the future! |

| This is not your everyday run of the mill CD. In fact to some they may not like it the first time you hear it (or at all) but this will grow on you. I found myself thinking about some of these songs and sometimes singing (too myself of course) while I'm at work or sitting around. This CD is actually pretty good and I definately recommend it to Crispin Glover fans. The remake of "These Boots" makes this worth buying alone, the best remake of the song ever. In my opinion it's alot better than the original. |

Women are sweet, and girls are honey... Submitted on: 2005-05-17 |

| I've listened to this cd approximately four times since I came home to find it waiting for me this evening. I'm still not any closer to understanding just what the hell Crispin's deal is, and I've probably done irreparable damage to my sanity, but I don't really care. If, like me, you really enjoy hearing the undeniably weird Crispin Hellion Glover reciting lines like "Only yesterday I had a lamb's skin removed" in his strange, oddly sweet voice over merry, almost pastoral music, get this album. Get it now. If, however, you don't go in for that sort of insanity, shun this album like it's the plague. |
