If you're the typical MTV viewer, I doubt you've heard this name before or maybe you have, who knows? Gil is an international star but hardly gets recognition in the States. Here are my thoughts on his CD;1. Out Of My Bed - The first Gil song I heard. Upbeat and I like the lyrics. I must say, it got me hooked. ;)
2. Say What You Want - One, if not my FAVORITE song by Gil. The song starts off slow and sweet but gets more uptempo as you go. It's a beautiful song.
3. Stop - Uptempo song, I like it but other fans really don't care for it. ;)
4. U & I - The intro is cool and so is this song.
5. Never On My Mind - *hums* I'll find another baby, wish you were never on my mind. This song is GREAT. It's uptempo and just the theme of the song is cool.
6. It's Your Love - A remake of a very sweet ballad. ;D
7. Right Now - I don't really care for this song. The guitars are cool and the theme is, but it's just personal preference.
8. Emotions - one I don't listen to too often. It's not a bad song...
9. Everytime - I like this song. It's about him being on the road all the time.
10. Only One - very upbeat and happy. lol.
11. Truth In Your Eyes - I like this song, it's upbeat but it's about lying.
12. On & On - I like this song. *laughs*
13. Sometimes I - Another one of my favorites (yes I have a lot). It's a good song with an addicting chorus you'll find yourself humming. "Where were you when I needed you"
14. Close 2 Perfect - It's a sweet ballad, I like it a lot. :)
15. Walking Down The Line - I like this song and the video. It's a uptempo cool song. :)
16. If You Only Knew - A song featuring my favorite band, the Moffatts. I don't really listen to this song, which is surprising, but it's not a horrible song.
17. Round N Round (It Goes) - One of his earlier songs, it does get a bit repetitive, like a broken record.
18. Never Giving Up Now - Another one of his earlier songs I never really listen to.
19. Talk To You - Another song I like... it's about nobody being around when you need someone to talk to. It was originally called "I am So In Love with You" but they changed lyrics and title.
But they should of included GOODBYE. :)
