Falls short at the end Submitted on: 2009-06-15 |

| The selections flow good until it hits the Aaron Neville track. Then the Mazzy Star and Shinehead tracks just seem like clunkers. |

Too Many Dud Tracks Submitted on: 2007-08-12 |
|
My disappointment in Faithless' Back to Mine album nearly matches that of Groove Armada's. I love both of these artists individually and most of their own works. For Faithless (as with Groove Armada), I can't say the same for this album. Although it has some good tracks and the album is well mixed, it contains way too many dud tracks throughout. "Mushrooms", "Another Night In", "Throw", "Hercules" and "Billie Jean" are terrible tracks.
2.5/5 stars. |

Doesn't get old Submitted on: 2007-02-21 |

| I just bought this again when I realized I lost my hard copy CD - I've been listening to these songs for the last 5 years or so and I never get sick of them. It's a completely odd-ball mix of songs but they work together. My favorites are Sunday 8PM and I Love My Man...if you know this CD or like it and don't have Cafe Del Mar #5 or the Zero 7 "Back to Mine", get them. |

Fantastic Submitted on: 2006-05-04 |

| This is a seamless album that I go back to again and again. The mixing is good, and it's a fun chill journey that's my favorite in the Back To Mine series. I find it a little more enjoyable than the Everything But the Girl BTM, but that's also good. I recommend this one and often lend it to friends who hear it. |

Keeps drawing me in Submitted on: 2006-02-21 |

| I've collected a number of the "Back to Mine" series, but this one by Faithless keeps calling me back. It's partly the wonderful eclecticism - from Marshall Jefferson to Pauline Taylor, Tindersticks to Aaron Neville. Highly recommended. |
