Where it all started (for me, anyway)... Submitted on: 2009-10-04 |

Invasion From Within (the title track) was actually the very first TB song I'd ever heard. It was in a trailer for a game I liked (Disgaea). Very badass vid. And also a very badass song. I came to know that this song in particular is incomparable to all other TB songs. Nothing else they've done sounds anything like it, and for some people that'll be a turn off, but.. I've since gotten hold of every single song of theirs I can find and even though each album is different, TB is an extremely consistent and tight musical act.
On this particular album, there's only one song I don't particularly care for and that's Marionette. Everything else is pretty strong. I'm pretty sure I have a different version of Lemonade, but not too different. It took a while to grow on me but all-in-all is a pretty awesome song.
In "No One's Looking", M's main influence really comes through, quite blatantly. Green Day were her idols, and her main reason for getting into music in the first place, and you can really hear that in this song.
"No Good Very Bad Day" is pretty similar, but it's fast-paced. At a perfect speed for some hard moshing.
Finally, "..Not Forever". God, this song blows me away. Musically it's very frantic and a bit more convoluted than the other stuff here, so alot of people might get mixed feelings on it. I think it's one of those songs where you either love it or hate it. Compared to everything else, it makes you feel a bit more "trapped in" and claustrophobic. But that's fitting, because if you read the lyrics, it's a very angry song, written from a very isolated point of view, stemming from a mood I'm sure we've all had at some point or another. It'll wrench your heart out, but it's good.
For those who want something with a little more to offer, get a copy of Definitive Act and Ultimate Escape. Also make sure to check out M's new band, The Action Design. If her vocals impressed you before, they will blow you away when you hear this new stuff. |

Tsunami Bomb rocks. I love their music, the beats and vocals are awesome. If you are info punk, rock, alternative, or indie you need to listed to this band. Just listed to 20 going on... which is on Ultimate Escape.
I wish this band was still together. |

Agent M is hot Submitted on: 2005-06-15 |

| This cd rocks and i had the pleasure of meeting Agent M in 2001 when Tsunami Bomb was opening up for The Living End. I also saw them play at Gilman St. in 2000 and i bought this cd after that performance. The only thing that is missing is the song "Obligation" that doesn't really fit with this album but it rocks pretty hard. They have since drastically changed their sound which is ok but this album is their best. |

gooses review Submitted on: 2005-06-13 |

| This cd was pretty good. Although I feel cds with less than 10 songs shouldn't be released I bought it anyway. The first song on this cd is what you would expect from the artwork on the cd. I would have to say the best song on the cd is "not forever" because I heard another version of lemonade that was better than the one on this cd which left me somewhat dissapointed after getting this cd. having said that "lemonade" and "marionette" are the other songs on the cd which are of really good quality. People who really like this group will say they enjoy the invasion from within and no ones looking. Because most of the songs on the cd are at the very least acceptable I can see this cd selling well. |

My girlfriend got me into this band. Submitted on: 2004-08-10 |

| Let me first say that music like this normally isn't my thing. I pretty much just listen to melodic death metal. Well my girlfriend had this cd and everytime we took a drive she played the album. At first I was like what is this happy jumpy music. Than after a while this album stuck on me and I couldn't believe it. Their is just something about this band that I love. Anyways, out of all the punk bands that are out right now Tsunami Bomb are in a league of their own. I love Lemonade. If my friends catch me listening to this oh oh!!! LOL |
