| Although this CD has been out for awhile, for any Buffy Fan its an absolute must have. I have owned this CD since it came out, and cherish it like an old friend. "Once More With Feeling" not only showcased the musical talent the cast had, well excluding Willow of course, it showed us that Joss Whedon has a talent for writing musicals. He is not a one trick pony of course his latest foray into that genre Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along BlogJust one an Emmy for "Outstanding Special Class - Short-format Live-Action Entertainment Programs" and if you loved this CD you should check that one out also |

gotta have it Submitted on: 2009-09-12 |

| It was a long shot but it worked. Throwing a musical episode in the middle of a drama/comedy series was a huge risk! But anyone who's seen the episode would be glad the vocals are on cd! Spike / Buffy combo is awesome. |

I knew this episode would either be a hit or a huge flop.... Submitted on: 2009-09-09 |

Before I saw the episode I thought "Hmmmmm.... this is either series suicide or a genius masterstroke"! Luckily, it was the latter and I laughed nearly all the way through. Whether it was the introduction Anya's bunny phobia or the general way everyone had no choice but to sing their true heartfelt thoughts and emotions, I know not. All I do know is that Amber Benson and Anthony Steward head brought a tear to my eye and it appeared to me a fantastic way to open the warehouse full of canned worms which would otherwise have dragged on.
Great writing and even better plot twists because of this episode - it was a real plot clincher and I loved it!

Great CD Submitted on: 2009-08-24 |

| The music on this CD is fantastic and from one of my favorite Buffy episodes EVER. The sound quality is suberb and the lyrics/vocals are far better than I would expect from a teen drama. |

| You really have to be a die-hard Buffy fan to appreciate these songs completely, otherwise I can't see why anyone would laud them, given their show/character specific references and purpose. Still, it was a great show, and the season that this episode was done in and the point where each character was at at that time make the songs that much more meaningful. You really have to understand the characters to appreciate these songs- but they are all great to me. |
