A real hidden gem Submitted on: 2007-10-11 |

| I bought this album on a whim many years ago. I had read a good review of it and I simply found the title amusing. It truly holds up over time. Unique vocals, memorable lyrics and very infectious tunes. Each time I listen to it I marvel at how fresh it still sounds. |

An Underrated Gem Submitted on: 2007-05-10 |

| This is a great album and I agree with the prior reviewer that it it is one that I listen to over and over, even 10 years later. While he labels it power pop, she has a diverse style and I think the album includes alt-country, folk, and rock. There are also a number of prominent guest muscians. This album and artist deserve a wider audience |

One of the great lost albums Submitted on: 2005-06-25 |

| When this CD came out I was a subscriber to Stereo Review and CD Review. I figured if both magazines gave a new recording a best of the month review, it was probably worth checking out. I had never heard of Mary Karlzen at the time, but the reviews were great, so I bought it. In fact, I ended up buying lots of copies for other people. Great power pop, I still play it frequently and I think that it is one of the finer recordings in my collection. |
