I enjoyed this CD for quite a while but eventually tired of it. Kathy Lee Gifford's voice, while a whole lot better than mine, does have limitations.
She can be inspiring and has clearly gained great spiritual maturation and understanding but like so much of Christian music would often hit you over the head with the message rather than use subtlety.
I especially recommend the album for Christians. |

I enjoy Kathy Lee's music and this was a CD I did not have and was unable to readily purchase locally.
My main disappointment was with Amazon. Her CD arrived with several other items I'd ordered, in an otherwise empty box (NO padding whatsoever, even though for my half dozen items the S&H charge was ~$27).
The end result was the CD case arrived with a crack, surely caused during normal handling en route. Ah, well. |

| I wasn't expecting this cd to be so enjoyable! I love every song, and have had this cd on a loop since I got it. I can't listen to a lot of religious music, but there's something very accessible about Gentle Grace. Recommend to anyone :) |

Kathie Lee returns to her gospel music roots with this wonderful album. I never tire of listening to these songs of hope and comfort. It just makes me feel good to play this CD and I highly recommend it. Kathie wrote a companion book of meditations, also entitled Gentle Grace---which includes beautiful pictures.
I give this the most enthusiastic of recommendations! |

A Gift From God

| Growing up, I of course watched Regis & Kathy Lee religiously, but never in a millions years did I believe Kathy Lee could sing. Well with this album, it's clear that she can not only sing, but bring me to tears as well. This album just melts my heart every time I hear it. I listen to it at school, before I go to bed, when I take a shower, eat breakfast and even when I want to get in that certain mood. I could listen to her every day... and I do! When people laugh at my room covered in posters of Kathy Lee, I just turn on the stereo and stun them with the sheer power of her beautiful voice. It's like a harp from the heavens and she is an angel brought down to cleanse the waters of thy soul. God bless Kathy Lee Gifford... and God bless Megadeth. |
