Only Law is Survival Review Submitted on: 2005-04-21 |

| This albumn is fast. Fans of metal and hardcore will love this albumn, a lot of hardcore mentality without the breakdowns and such. To say this albumn is fast is actually a bit of an understatment. If Terror was as fast as Deicide or Cannibal Corpse this is what it would sound like. |

Not another death clone Submitted on: 2004-02-24 |

| To anyone that thinks these guys are normal death metal, think again. This is the best grindcore this side of the US. Dave Culross' drumming is better than ever...if you have heard any of his stuff before this makes it that much more worth it. The lyrics are funny and the vocals are awesome. Take my word for it, buy it. |

Unrelenting onslaught of cacophonous death metal Submitted on: 2004-02-15 |

| To cut a long story short, Hateplow is just one of a ubiquitous clan of side projects splintering off in the Sunshine State, this one numbering members that have served time in various regional death metal outfits but have all at one time or another found themselves hammering out tunes for Malevolent Creation. And that band=s not a bad reference point. This isn=t the kind of project where band members step outside the nuclear family to indulge in aural affairs with individuals of divergent interests. No, this is more akin to incest. The only essential difference between the two bands is Hateplow=s emphasis on high octane grind, performed at breakneck speed and, of course, excessive volume. Efforts of this sort walk a tight rope; one slip, whether it=s mediocre production or an unconvincing singer, and the band slip into the abyss of mediocrity, (hopefully) never to be heard from again. But you have to hand it to Hateplow. All bases loaded, Monsieur Plow up to bat, home f**king run! There is nothing less than devastating during A...Survival@=s half hour of relentless pummeling, just a blinding white rage that seeps into the pores and has you pounding the walls to the sound of involuntary neighborly accompaniment. These guys aren=t play makers, they=re enforcers, willing to throw down at the first available opportunity, and you wonder at the end of the recording session for this album who exactly was left standing. |

great death metal Submitted on: 2002-09-25 |

| This malevolent creation with a different bassist and vocalists. This cd came over some issues with modern times, like shatterd by disease. Which is about a guy who gets aids, then has sex with as many women he could to "to shatter their lives by disease". Incarcerated with intent to sell is another great song. Which deals with the band being pulled over caught with some herb. This cd diserves five stars because it dose. |
