Digital files a problem Submitted on: 2009-07-05 |

| I purchased this item from the Amazon MP3 store. Now I'm no snob when it comes to classical music, or I wouldn't be purchasing collections of music rather than full pieces. However I would like to have some idea who performed the music. On each piece in this collection, the artist is identified as "The Most Relaxing Classical Piano in the Universe". No specific pianists or orchestras are listed at all. In addition, the files have nothing in the composer field. It's just blank. However, the composer's name is listed...in the name field. Just before the name of the piece. This just seems lazy to be honest. Nothing wrong with the music, but I prefer some honest effort to create proper files and I like to know who the performers I aam listening to are. [...] No famous performers at all, but at least they get their name listed. |

Relaxing Music? Submitted on: 2008-11-01 |

| I was hoping to find some nice calming, relaxing music to play in my classroom and home. This was a little too instrumentally loud. |

Some is relaxing, but... Submitted on: 2008-03-13 |

| ...some of it isn't so relaxing. Some of the pieces are so fast and dramatic that you want to skip the song. CHOPIN: Ballade No. 1 is a prime example. This piece is what you might hear in a restaurant to encourage you to eat faster! Some of the songs have orchestral accompaniment, which I didn't expect considering the title, but very good none the less. Included in this collection is RACHMANINOFF: Piano Concerto No. 2, the song Eric Carman based his 'All By Myself' pop song from the 70's on. |

Solid collection of piano favorites Submitted on: 2006-11-09 |

| If you can gag your way past the album title, this is a most pleasant collection of beloved classical piano pieces that actually is relaxing, I suppose. |
