| This album is awesome. Have always loved the Staple Singers music but Mavis has written beautiful inspiring gospel music that makes you feel and think and feel really close to God. I heard God is Not Sleeping on tv and had to have it. I've played it over and over. Love the album. |

| I first heard this cd on a blues radio station in Houston, Texas (KPFT) and 'A Dying Man's Last Plea' was what sent shivers down my spine. I like the entire cd but this song is the one I play over and over. |
