Se Laisser Quelque Chose is a wonderful audio cd.
It was produced in London by Steve Power (Robbie Williams).
The melody (English pop) and the texts are very beautiful.
Se Laisser Quelque chose deals with family, love (Je te dédie, the first single...), friendship (A tes côtés), death (Tes regards)...
David wrote autobiographical and personal texts.
He doesn't hesitate to make fun of himself (Je vis)
I encourage you a lot to buy Se Laisser Quelque Chose. You will not regret it.
Se Laisser quelque chose est un album que j'adore, l'album ne quitte plus ma mini chaine et mon auto radio.
Les mélodies sont trés jolies, les chansons sont si belles. Il est trés rare que j'aime un album du début à la fin. Je vous le conseille fortement. |

J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir me procurer ce nouvel album de David CHARVET dès sa sortie ici il y a 6 semaines, et je dois dire que je me lasse pas de l'écouter.
C'EST UN PUR PLAISIR!
Le style musical, plus "Pop anglaise", est différent de son précédent album, de même que les chansons (7 en Français et 5 en Anglais), aux thèmes plus personnels et plus graves qui sont toutes excellentes.
Les paroles sont simples, mais les mots sont justes et touchants, les mélodies très jolies, l'interprétation sans reproche en Anglais comme en Français et la production très soignée.
Je n'ai jamais figuré au nombre de ses "fans" et c'est un peu par hasard que j'ai acheté cet album: je dois admettre qu'il m'a réellement étonnée!
Les plages de L.A. s'éloignent pour David CHARVET; il a mûri et il a voulu nous faire partager sa démarche: cet album est plein de sensiblité et de générosité...
Un achat que vous ne regretterez pas! |

I live in France and have been lucky enough to get my hands on David CHARVET's new album the day it was released here: I confess I can't stop listening again and again!
IT'S PURE PLEASURE FOR YOUR EARS!
The "English Pop" music style is rather different from his last album, and the 7 French and 5 English much more personal and mature songs, written with simple, but true and touching words along with beautiful melodies, combined to improved singing and careful production are absolutely excellent.
I've never been a fan of his before, but I have to admit this CD blew me up! Looks like he left L.A. beaches far behind and found his way in singing/writing.
It's worth buying: you won't regret! |
