Sweet sixteen Submitted on: 2009-11-08 |
|
| Here she is, all of sixteen and doing her first TV live broadcast. And what does she do? She shares her good fortune not only with her younger sister but also with the boys nad girls with whom she sang in the streets of Wellington, New Zealand. Willing to share a moment like that with those who had helped make her who she is today. There isn't a single american singer who would do likewise.Haley's songs, as always, are beyond reproach. She has the purest voice imaginable. |

Wonderful DVD Submitted on: 2009-06-23 |

| Ms. Westenra has remarkable talent and this DVD reflects her abilities extremely well. Her rendition of I Dreamed a Dream is my favorite and I don't believe that song could be sung any better by anyone. If you like Hayley's voice you will love this DVD. |

Angelic Voice Submitted on: 2009-06-13 |
|
| Hayley Westenra in a solo performance recorded in her home country has a selection of songs that will appeal to traditional New Zealanders and anyone just enjoying her amazing singing voice. The selections are not pop material, and may disappoint some younger fans. |

Haley Westenra - Live From New Zealand Submitted on: 2009-06-01 |

| Those who want to listen to an angel sing this a must buy. I was completely blown by the wonderful renditions of songs in this DVD. Her voice is perfect even considering the different range of songs sung. The beautiful resonance and the range of her voice is beyond compare. I hope more DVDs of her performances are produced as I am convinced that such supberb singing from an extremely gifted and talented singer should not be missed wherever the performances are held. |

most enjoyable Submitted on: 2009-05-11 |
|
| I first heard Hayley on Celtic Woman: New Journey live from Slane Castle. I have since bought several of her albums. I think she has the most pleasant and relaxing voice I've heard in a long time. She is the best. Only one song I have not enjoyed is Wuthering Heights. This is well worth the investment. |
