Where Quantity Is Job Reviews from Amazon.com

5.0 out of 5 stars Great collection of some of their most powerful stuff, July 18, 2005
By
Ian M. (Tallahassee, FL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Where Quantity Is Job 1 (Audio CD)
This CD is a must have for any propagandhi fan. It not only contains their side of their legendary split with I-Spy, but has a lot of other rare compilation tracks (most only available on wax) and tons of excellent live tracks. Some people complain about the sound quality on this, but I prefer it to their full-lengths. Yeah, it's raw, but it's a punk rock album. That's part of it's charm. I do wish this was a little bit more complete though, because this definitly isn't everything. I especially wish they would have put the studio version of "Pigs Will Pay" on here from their 7" on Fat. It's one of their best songs ever!

5.0 out of 5 stars CD is great, January 8, 2003

Propagandhi is awesome and this CD is great. The studio music is good, but the live stuff is just great. It is one part awesome and two parts hillarious...

3.0 out of 5 stars I love propagandhi, but,, September 24, 2000
This review is from: Where Quality Is Job #1 (Audio CD)
some of these songs should have stayed on the 7 inches. Very rough mixes. Not the best but a must have for hardcore propagandhi fans.

5.0 out of 5 stars HAHA! PROPAGANDHI IS THE BEST!, June 14, 2000

Now I must admit, not EVERY song on this album is amazing, but there are 30+ songs! And the others are amazing! After a lot of thinking, I came up with the conclusion that this is my favorite CD... ever. With songs like "Oka Everywhere", "White, Proud and Stupid", and "Gamble", how can say How to Clean Everything is better? Huh?

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good Cd, April 3, 2000

This review is from: Where Quality Is Job #1 (Audio CD)
You can't beat the price for as many tracks as you get. The only thing bad about this cd is you have to get use to hitting the forward and reverse buttons on your cd player to get though all the excess stuff they put on it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cool Propagandhi Comp., December 16, 1999
This review is from: Where Quality Is Job #1 (Audio CD)
This is a great Propagandhi compilation of live songs, old stuff from 7 inches, and whatever. The amount of songs on this album also makes it a great buy. This album is not as good as How To Clean Everything, but comes very close. On a few live tracks the sound quality isn't perfect though.

4.0 out of 5 stars good stuff going on here, November 11, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Where Quality Is Job #1 (Audio CD)
Thhis CD is very good, though not as good as their other two. This CD has some great songs such as "White, Proud, and Stupid." which was my favorite song for a very long time, and the remakes of "The only good facist is a very dead facist," Which are really funny. But some of the sons on this CD are just flat out bad, and the recording is terrible on some of them. but that is only like 5 songs out of about 30, so, this CD is still worth getting

5.0 out of 5 stars Propagandhi At Their Drunkest, May 9, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Where Quality Is Job #1 (Audio CD)
I love this CD. Propagandhi finally git down and dirty with this compy-lashiyun of all their vintage classics. A lot of good unreleased stuff on this CD: "Fine Day", "White, Proud and Stupid", "Contest Song", "Hidden Curriculum" and "Pigs Will Pay". Good stuff that flows well with all the old junk. Thank The Sacred Cow-Gods for this enlightened band of n'er do-wells! Buy it, kiddies.
