An interesting and unique product. Submitted on: 2007-12-13 |

Being from the UK, I'm well familiar with Billy Connolly, and his stand up comedy, and his travels round various parts of the world.
However, his music in this band is less well known (other than he was in a band called the Humblebums in college, and that he plays the banjo)...so for those who want a taste of authentic, I guess Gaelic, folk music as done by Billy and his band, then this is a unique and interesting double disc set.
I bought this from the US store because it was a gift for a friend in NYC, who said he thoroughly enjoyed it, even though he didn't know Billy Connolly that well. |
