| Victims of Deception is an amazing album! It is definately right up there with MoP, Hell Awaits, Fistful of Metal, and RIP. Amazing album and I wish more people knew about this unknown masterpiece!!! |

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS Submitted on: 2009-01-06 |

I have contacted this seller on several occassions for not receiving product. Damaged, EMPTY envelope appeared on my doorstep and they have yet to contact me back in well over 3 weeks. Seller cannot handle the volume they appear to shuffle around, inadequate and should not be here if cannot offer some semblance of professionalism and customer service.

KILL THE KING!!! Submitted on: 2008-09-22 |

| I agree with other reviewers. Can't say much more than what's already been said, or typed. This, in my opinion is better than Breaking the Silence. Tighter sounding and less raw. Songs are lengthy. Vocals are mid-high tone. Great singer, perfect for this band. I like singers that sing with emotion, "Blitz", rather than monotone throughout. Gives songs intensity and personality. Talented group. Glad this album is available again. |

You think you know thrash? Submitted on: 2008-06-30 |

If you've yet to hear Heathen, then you know nothing about metal. I stumbled across them by accident, but I've been grateful ever since I've given this album a spin. From start to finish, Heathen never reliquishes their musical assault, utilizing elements that made extreme bands like Megadeth and Metallica popular, but that both bands had pretty much abandoned by the time this CD was recorded. While the songs may be lengthy, there is never a dull moment with enough collossal riffs and blinding solos to keep you listening to it for years.

Thrash masterpiece! Submitted on: 2008-02-17 |

This is one of best thrash metal album of all time, the band might be less less popular then the big four or testament & exodus but a band or album doesnt need to be popular to be good musically, this album proof that.
For those who like old school traditional thrash metal you can't go wrong with this one, the opening track is masterpiece just like battery or holy wars, the intro its typical old school thrash, started with acoustic then turn into a palm mute blasting riff that somehow will reminds you of metallica disposable heroes. If the riffing is closer to old metallica the vocal is much more similar to beladona of anthrax. For those who think this band is generic thrash band, you're wrong, there's great ballad on this album "prisoner of fate" and also great guitar instrumental track "guitarmony". Overall this is a very strong release by a none popular metal band and its truly underated.
