Not as funny Submitted on: 2008-02-15 |

| I didn't like this cd as much as some of the previous ones. Its like hes trying to clean up his act a little because of his family. The other Larry the Cable Guy cd's are much funnier than this one. |

| My grandsons and I really like this CD, but we like all of his DVD'S and CD'S. He just keeps getting better. I like him because he is just down to earth and can make a story out of anything. |

A Lesser Effort Submitted on: 2007-06-12 |

I have long enjoyed "Larry's" lowbrow humor and, indeed, this collection is really no lower than previous efforts, but it was not as enjoyable. As with all of his work, there is a tendency towards bathroom humor and cracks aimed against the rural poor. Some of the cracks hit home but they do not do so this time around with as much fun. The collection is not mean spirited except, perhaps, against himself but it is not all that much fun either.
I will still by new material released by Larry but I hope future efforts are better.

Marriage must be making a difference to Larry the Cable Guy. The humour is still very clever and very funny and remarkably fresh. But it's not as blue as previous CDs. That makes it easier to play in a variety of situations which should increase Larry's fans.
For someone who acts so dumb Larry's humour is exceptionally clever. A good actor as well as a good comedian. |

Now you have a goal: 5 stars Submitted on: 2007-05-12 |

| In so many ways Larry the Cable Guy's popularity stems from saying things we wish we had thought of. From observations on babies to relatives and everyday life, his perspective is hilarious. He is not politically correct so prepare to be offended, no matter how conservative you are. His perspective is not uncommon either (Sure, everybody hates rednecks until their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere)because I live in a rural area and we know he is the real thing. |
