| As usual, Bear McCreary's music does not disappoint. While listening to this CD, one enjoys the diversified styles offered by the composer, and fans who watched the show can recall many of the scenes that were playing during these pieces. This is a real testament to the quality of the music. |

| I haven't seen much of this series but watching the final 2 1/2 months of S4 proved that I loved the soundtrack. The music itself tells a dramatic tale that truly compliments the unfolding visual and emotional saga the viewer witnesses. Season 3's music and the CD packaging/look is grade A+ Sincerely hoping to get S4 soundtrack soon. I particularly like Precipice, Heeding The Call, and All Along The Watchtower (on S3). *Thumbs WAY up* |

"Heeding the Call" has nailed that feeling of "awakening" or "realization" ("Luke, I am your father").

Sorry for the cheesy title, but seriously, this is some of the best television scoring I can even recall. The soundtrack to the entire series is phenomenal, and season 3's is no exception. Perhaps the best of the series barring a real listen to Season 4, as it hasn't been released yet.
If you're a fan of music, buy it.
If you're a BSG fan, you probably already own it.
