| I have been looking for some heavy, driving music and this album is EXACTLY what i've been looking for. The Standout songs for me are 'Prehistoric Dog', 'Good To Die' and 'Sharks'...but the whole CD is damn good. Amazon seems to offer the most killer stuff each month, and this is no exception. Awesome record if you like Clutch, The Melvins, or early 90's heavy rock. This just rules! |

Feeling the Venom of Red Fang

A week after our daughter was born I had to head out with a friend to do some physical work at his place... I mention this because of how tired I was when I got into my car to drive to my friend's place... I decided to take Red Fang with me as I not only not had the chance to listen to it since receiving it in the mail from Amazon the day before, but forgot what they sounded like when I clicked on 'Listen to Samples' prior to purchasing it...
No need to stop for a coffee! Man, was I blown away with how heavy and how awesome the music was... Shades of Melvins... Shades of Fu Manchu... Red Fang is just the panacea one needs to start a day of physical labour off right...

| This album rules- anyone who loves the Sword or something in that vain will be very pleasantly surprised by this up and coming Portland, OR band. The record is well-produced but not too slick to betray a sense of the raw power of the songs. Great riffs, great hooks, solid rock all the way! |
