Rehman's first album!!!!Best musical composition Submitted on: 2006-02-06 |
|
| This album contains some of ARR's best musical pieces. Even if you are'nt indian I will recommed this album.Because it is just very inspiring music. ARR has maintained a perfect balance between western and eastern music while combining them together. My favorites are Vandemataram and Gurus of peace. |

beautiful and varied music Submitted on: 2005-07-04 |
|
| with a command of european and indian musics, ARR produces a series of recordings which may or may not share material. Big deal. This is lovely stuff, if thin - that's the missing star |

Spirit of India Submitted on: 2002-04-07 |
|
| This is best Music album ever brought out by any Indian. Rehman who entered the Indian Film Industry with his everlasting Music in ROJA, had composed the Music in such a way that it truely inspires every Indian- where ever they are. In fact it is not the only one best Album, which he produced but they are several best albums which added fame. Bottom line- An album which every Indian should posses. |

As usual A R Rahman delivers! Submitted on: 2000-01-07 |

| For people who are into contemporary Indian music, Rahman is peerless, he is head and shoulders above....this album just proves that point, "revival of vande mataram", and "Only You" are songs that touch your heart....i would recommend this album to anybody interested in indian music, this is actually a collection of patriotic songs focused on india, but its patriotism is not chaalu or corny in any way....the music along with the lyrics combine to produce an effect which will lead you to dig deeper within yourself and question your feelings towards your country |
