| Ronnie Earl is an incredible blues guitarist song writer. I love his music and the way he expresses himself through his music. Just like the many great guitarist of past, Ronnie definitely plays with soul and heart. This CD is very good and I highly recommend it to a true blues lover. Ronnie at times sings about spiritual things but that's because of what he's been through, so ignore the comment about his christian influences. Ronnie Earl in my mind is one of the few blues guitarist that has a true, clean, original sound. Once you hear that strat, you know it's Ronnie bending them strings. I've seen many great guitarist in my time and Ronnie Earl is up there. If you have an opportunity to see him live, I guarantee you'll leave inspired. |

| Ronnie's songs/playing can be sedate at times. Not with this CD. Some of the best songs/guitar licks I have heard this year. He has my vote. |

| This recording is very well produced and arranged. I would have liked faster shuffles as opposed to having more slow tunes which is what it has. Ronnie Earl is well known for his instrumentals and his tones are signature. One of the few guitar players that can really play clean straight ahead blues. While it is a great cd that I am rating at a 4, his tones and playing ability I rate 11. |

| If you like "Da Blues" and vintage Stratocaster tone playing the blues, you will not be disappointed with this CD. The music is great and Ronnie is truly an exceptional player. I think it is one of his best works yet. |

| very good songs and as usual, great guitar. Kim Wilson rips his harp and Ronnie plays the hell out of everysong. I know I am biased, but the man does not make anything but great cds! |
