| Steven Harper's Progressive Conservative Rally held at the Burlington Convention Center. Steven Harper is running in this election as the Progressive Conservative leader and would like to be elected as our next Prime Minister in Canada with a majority government.
Carol Lynn will be singing the Canadian National Anthem, "Oh Canada"
All the major media will be there, CBC, CTV, Global, and many others along with several major newspapers taking photos. It is expected that 1500 people will attend this rally for Steven Harper and the local candidates running in this election. |

| Exciting News!
At a press conference held earlier today (Dec 4th.... also her birthday),
Carol Lynn Friesen received a top 5 National Nomination for "Country Album of the Year" for her album "You Make Me Smile" at the upcoming 2007 SHAI Awards.
The SHAI Awards are the "Canadian Gospel People's Choice Awards" and will be held in Edmonton, AB on Thursday Jan. 25th Pre-show 5:00 pm
Dec 13th, 2006 voting will be open to the public

| The annual CGMA Covenant Awards are the Canadian equivalent to the GMA’s Dove Awards and are the Canada’s longest standing Christian music awards.
Today [Sept. 12/06] during a press conference the nominees were announced.
Carol Lynn was nominated for, "Country/Bluegrass SONG of the Year" for an
original song she wrote called, "You Make Me Smile"
The Covenant Awards will take place in Calgary, Alberta Friday Oct 27th, 2006.
