2M Arena Benefit Trail Ride a Success!
Our 1st annual 2M Arena Benefit was held on September 15-17, 2006. What a success!!
Volunteers raised over $12,000.00 to help cover operation expenses. So many volunteered
their time, energy, and money to make this benefit such a success. I am overwhelmed at
the hearts "horse people" have. Special thanks to Maurice and Pam McCain for hosting
this event. The auction was responsible for a large part of our proceeds and we have so
many to thank for all the contributions. Ray Benson did a wonderful job as auctioneer. In
addition to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and talents, the following businesses

After the auction, we all enjoyed the sounds of Ernie McClinton. He was entertaining as
always. He was the ultimate warm-up for the show put on by "Chris Vaughn and Real
Country!" What a performance! We all kicked up our heels & had a boot-scootin' time!
Mark your calendar for this year's 2M Arena Benefit Trail Ride and Auction scheduled for
September 22, 2007. "Chris Vaughn and Real Country" plan on once again donating their time and
talents to help us make it a successful event. keep in mind, these local artists continue to donate their
