CINDY NELSON- Singer/Songwriter Cindy has been singing and playing piano since the age of 9 years old. With her 31/2 octave range, sharp ear, and ability to create a song to specified details her music career has taken flight.
In 2006 two of her songs hit the top #20 on the adult contemporary, alternative, and college radio charts. She also had the privilege to be apart of the 2002 & 2003 “Memorial Concerts” for 911 in New York and Paris. Her songs have appeared in TV shows, Internet TV shows, and some films.
Her career path now has turned not only to her own music, but in the area of Artist Development through her ten year established business Bach To Basics. Currently, she is working with two young artists in creating their image, writing hit songs for them, and directing them on their music career path.
Cindy holds a BA “cum laude” from the University of Sacramento California. She graduated in the top 10 of her class in music studies. In July of 2007 Cindy heads back to college to earn a masters certificate at BerkleeMusic in Music Business & Technology.

I've been influenced by all styles of music. From Mozart to Sex Pistols, and a little Bowie, Alanis, Kate Bush, and Neil Young inbetween.
