Coldiron Fusion has been asked by the Neptune Pink Floyd fan community to re-master Double Core, a Pink Floyd tribute album that was completed earlier this year. It has already generated quite a bit of buzz throughout the Pink Floyd fan community.
Sean Ellis, the Executive Producer, contributing writer and performer on this project has asked Coldiron fusion to donate their services in mastering Double Core for limited distribution.
This process has involved receiving the original two-channel stereo tracks and sweetening the overall sound of the pieces. Much work was put into the mastering of these tracks, each song painstakingly tweaked and adjusted dynamically for maximum quality and clarity.
After two weeks, the project has been a success and many people who have listened to the tracks have given their feedback. Based on that feedback, several more fine adjustments were necessary, but the album is now mastered and has received favorable reviews from not only listening members of the community but the contributing writers and performers as well.
Once permission has been properly obtained from all parties involved, the remastered Double Core album will be released for listening as part of the Coldiron Fusion discography on Artistopia, one of the most respected independent artist's communities on the internet.
As always, we will keep everyone posted as to the progress of securing authorization for an Artistopia release and will announce the event when it happens. |
