Jason Ross studied the ins and outs of the music industry at Braggs College of Mass Communications at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Courses included Copyright Law, Legal Problems of the Record Industry, Techniques of Recording, Applied Digital Audio, Musicianship for Engineers, Soundtrack Design, Audio for Media, Studio Maintenance, and Physics of Acoustics among others. Durring this time he also engineered multiple recording sessions for area musicians.
