It’s been a while since we’ve uploaded any new songs or even made a post in the forums. To tell the truth, it’s been a while since we’ve even checked in with Artistopia at all. Such then was my surprise and astonishment to see that somehow we were back at #2 on the artist ranking charts. On top of that, some of our songs were still high in the charts (retired charts of course), and we were still getting song reviews and visits to our page. So we decided it was time for an update. To let you guys know where we’ve been and where we are going.
So where have we been? We last left off with David and Mike in a southern gospel group in Florida called “New Gathering” and me in college in Tennessee. Well, “New Gathering” has now reverted back to its old name “Once Forgiven.” Though David is no longer with the group; Mike, who is now married, continues to travel all over Florida singing alongside some southern gospel’s greatest vocalists. I also had a wedding shortly after obtaining my degree in Record Industry Production and Technology, and am now living in Statesboro, Ga. Though still separated by hundreds of miles, Dayspring nonetheless has some new songs on the way so stay on the lookout! Thanks always for your continued support! We’ll keep you posted.
