Factory 81 was an American rock band from Detroit, Michigan. Formed in 1997, the group performed a style of hardcore punk-influenced alternative metal.[title=Biography of Factory 81 ] They released their only album, Mankind in 1999 on Medea Records. It was reissued through Uptown/Universal Records the following year. It did not chart.
