One of the UK's best ever singer/songwriters and performers, GP has a career going back into the 70's with one of the hottest bands of the day The Rumour. This box set from GP's personal archive contains six discs from his own Up Yours Label and is now widely available for the first time. Each disc is housed in a cardboard sleeve, looking just like a proper bootleg and features live and rare material.
Live archive release from the veteran British singer/songwriter. This amazing set was recorded live at the Limfjords Festival in Denmark on August 2nd, 1986, during a tour between the albums Steady Nerves and The Mona Lisa's Sister. His backing band, The Fact, features Brinsley Schwarz, Andrew Bodner and Jimmy Copley. Some of the material on this set was intended for the "lost" Atlantic album that was never produced. Floating World.
This 2 CD set is an out of print collectible! It is the 1993 Rhino release. Catalog R2-71425. Two CDs in idividual jewel cases with booklet and slip cover. Cover is slightly worn on the back edges. Jewel cases have small drill holes in spines.
