Warren Chiasson,Hessions to perform concert in New Orleans |

| Legendary jazz vibraphonist, Warren Chiasson, will headline a concert with Jim and Martha Hession's American Jazz Quintet on April 7, 2007 at the Jazz Historical Park at 916 North Peters in New Orleans' French Quarter. The show will provide musical glimpses into Warren's distinguished career as a featured soloist and member of the George Shearing Quintet. This dynamic and exciting performer will fill the noon to 1:30p.m. concert with highlights of the swing, bebop and cool jazz eras. Rounding out the Quintet will be noted New Orleans musicians Jim Hession (piano), Martha Hession (vocals), Ryan Burrage (reeds), Mark Brooks (bass) and Ray Fransen (drums). The concert is free and open to the public but we suggest that you arrive early to get a seat in the theater. |
