HIGH COTTON RELEASES NEW CD - “PICTURES” |

The Atlanta, Ga. based acoustic band High Cotton is pleased to announce the release of their first full studio CD, ‘PICTURES’. This is a truly original record that delivers fifteen high resolution snap-shots of Americana…with melodies and words in striking hues. You will find yourself humming these tunes and playing this ‘album’ over and over again.
“PICTURES’ is already garnering high praise for its smart originality, strong melodies and distinctive instrumentation. ‘Pre-release’ songs are receiving enthusiastic airplay in both US and European radio markets. Said lead singer Laura Monk: “We put together this collection of tunes in an effort to depict both the energy of our live shows and songs and lyrics that create "pictures" that (hopefully) stay with you long after you’ve turned off the "record"!
