Throughout the first few years in NYC, Jami has been concentrating more on his second passion-- food. Muhammad Jami was recently accepted into the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY to further his career path in the Culinary arts.
After a rough winter, he was ready to take on the bigger goals that he just had to achieve in this coming year. Through thick and thin, he still kept his music creating abilities sharp and full of energy and preserverence. In November of last year, Muhammad sent in a submission of him singing a capella to the Eagles hit "Desperado". This contest he found was in "search for the next simulated superstar!"
From the creator of the Sims comes an amazing idea brought to you by the hidden musicians that are out there in the world of cyberspace. Sim Idol is a spin off of the ever so popular "American Idol" as seen on TV!! Even though Muhammad tried out for American Idol and was rejected, he still kept pushing his music to new heights and, in this case innovation. He feels this will be a great way to show others in the vast world of cyberspace, and how great music can be if you believe in yourself and don't ever give up!
Sim Idol is now in its third season and is becoming even more popular with each year. Muhammad is truly grateful to be a part of the TOP 14 and hopes to go far !!
