Q. To set the tone for the readers, how would you describe your sound?
ANSWER HERE Unique, electronic chill out predominantly. I have been compared to Moby, Enigma and Deep Forest but you'd have to decide yourself I suppose!
Q. So you are about to release a new album, tell us everything about it starting with the name of the album.
ANSWER HERE The album is called ' AFTERWORLD' I have experimented with some new sounds and introduced some chanting which opens up a new dimension for my style of music. The album has something different in each track hopefully making it more interesting than just a chillout album.
Q. Who else was involved in helping you bring this album to fruition?
ANSWER HERE Absolutely no-one apart from my wife Tricia who has been very patient with me!
Q. What would you say some of the challenges you encountered in doing this album were?
ANSWER HERE To remain consistant and produce to a level to which is expected. While still creating an original sound. Also designing the cover was quite difficult!!!
Q. Can you give us some insight into where, what or who motivated you to do the album?
ANSWER HERE I need little motivation when it comes to music because I love creating it. Although certain things happen in your life that makes you want to create a tune that can reach out to everybody emotionally.
Q. What would you say is the best single and why do you think it is?
ANSWER HERE Well it's between 'Distinction' and 'Afterworld' I think. 'Distinction' because it has very powerful and emotional strings and 'Afterworld' because it includes female chanting that has created a new dimension to my style.
Q. Are you planning to produce videos for any of the songs on this album?
ANSWER HERE I do have plans to do that - but time is the problem, so I will be moving in that direction eventually because I believe my music works well with visual images.
Q. Are you planning to tour to promote this album? If so, when and where will you be performing?
ANSWER HERE No I don't, most of my promoting is via the internet and my music labels.
Q. So how do you see this album propelling your career in the music industry?
ANSWER HERE Hopefully forward!!!! I would love to have my music used for TV or film or even corporate videos. It would just be nice to be recognized for being a competent composer and producer.
