Biography

Performance career
After touring with Jack McDuff , he joined Toshiko Akiyoshi 's Toshiko Akiyoshi Jazz Orchestra|Jazz Orchestra in the early 1980s in New York, and performed with the group for twenty years. He also played in Frank Sinatra 's and Eddie Palmieri 's bands, and worked in the Frank Wess Sextet, and the Mingus Big Band . He has worked as a sideman for Brian Lynch (musician)|Brian Lynch , Conrad Herwig , and Tom Varner , among others, and has written instructional books on jazz.
Higher education
Snidero studied at the University of North Texas College of Music before moving to New York City in 1981.
