Artist Biography

"Jimmyd" started piano lessons at the age of 7. He studied under Mrs. Wanda (Klein) Bailey, a graduate of the St. Louis Conservatory of Music, for 14 years. After High School he entered the St. Louis Conservatory of Music, which sadly doesn't exist anymore, and studied under Dorothy Dring Smutz. He also studied the pipe organ under different music directors at his church. He started writing music in his early teens and is still writing.
